BERPK TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this agreement:

• "berpk," "we," "us," or "our" refers to berpk Casino, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operator registered and operating under Philippine law.

• You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering for a berpk account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You acknowledge that berpk will verify this information through documentation including government-issued identification, proof of address, and other verification procedures as deemed necessary. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings.

2.3 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your berpk account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for any transactions, bets, deposits, or withdrawals made using your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify berpk customer support and change your password. berpk reserves the right to suspend accounts that exhibit suspicious activity patterns pending investigation.

2.4 One Account Per Player Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account with berpk. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or identification documents, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these terms. berpk employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment details, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns. Upon detection of multiple accounts, berpk reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all bets and winnings, and forfeit all funds held in those accounts without prior notice or liability.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or financial instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits, payments made on behalf of another person, or transfers from accounts not registered to you are strictly prohibited and will result in reversal of the transaction and potential account closure. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

3.2 Deposit Processing and Confirmation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the berpk platform and constitute material breaches of these terms: use of automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to circumvent game mechanics; collusion with other players or coordinated betting strategies; exploitation of software vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors; use of VPNs or proxy servers to disguise location or create multiple accounts; money laundering or use of the platform to transfer funds without legitimate gaming activity; fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming services. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content displayed on the berpk platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game software, audio clips, video content, and data compilations is the property of berpk or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent protections. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use berpk services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of berpk content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The berpk name, logo, and all related trademarks are proprietary marks owned by berpk Casino.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

berpk provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, berpk does not guarantee uninterrupted access and disclaims liability for service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, berpk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or use of berpk services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the six months preceding the claim. 7. ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND TERMINATION

berpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close player accounts at our sole discretion for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, regulatory compliance reasons, or any other cause we deem appropriate. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player after deduction of any applicable fees or charges related to bonus abuse or other violations. Bonus funds and promotional credits are forfeited upon account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened, and players whose accounts are closed for violations are prohibited from creating new accounts in the future.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or use of berpk services shall first be addressed through our customer support escalation process. If resolution cannot be achieved through internal procedures, disputes may be submitted to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with their dispute resolution protocols. Players agree that Philippine courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings related to these terms or berpk services. berpk commitment to fair dispute resolution is reflected in our responsive customer support and transparent escalation procedures designed to address player concerns promptly and equitably.

9. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

berpk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification, platform announcements, or updates to the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of berpk services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Players are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using berpk services and may request account closure.
